Why Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering guarantees your item is reserved ahead of release and secures your place in the dispatch queue as soon as stock arrives. It's the best way to avoid missing out on limited releases or popular items.

Please read before placing a pre-order:

Combined Orders: If your order includes multiple items with different release dates, your parcel will ship once all items are in stock. Want items sent separately? No problem — just contact us (additional postage applies).

Release Date Changes: As all our protectors are handmade in the UK, release dates may vary depending on production timelines, raw material delays, or courier issues. We’ll notify you via email as soon as we’re aware of any changes.

Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-order at any time by emailing us. Please note that a 5% admin fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment and processing fees.

Payment Terms: Full payment is taken at checkout when placing your pre-order.

Delivery Timing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–7 working days after stock arrives. During busy periods, slight delays may occur.
