Pre-order terms

• Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your place in the relevant production batch.
• Pre-order dates are estimates and may vary depending on production flow, material planning and quality checks.
• If there are any changes to the estimated date shown at the time of ordering, we will update you by email.
• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will usually dispatch once everything is ready.
• If you would like part of your order sent before the remaining items are ready, please contact us. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• A 5% administrative fee applies to cancelled pre-orders.
• This fee helps cover payment processing, refund handling and administration costs.
• Once your pre-order is confirmed, it may be added into the production schedule.

Custom & specialist sizes

• Some specialist protectors are produced in scheduled batches.
• Custom protectors may take longer due to design, material planning and production setup.
• If you need a size not listed on our website, please use our Customisation Service.
