Pre-Order Policy

How Pre-Orders Work

  • Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your place in the production batch.
  • Dates shown at checkout are estimates and can shift depending on production, materials or quality checks. If your date changes, we'll email you.
  • Custom or specialist-size protectors can take a little longer due to design and production setup — see below.
  • If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together once it's all ready. Prefer your in-stock items sooner? We can send those separately for an additional £3.99 delivery charge, with your pre-order item(s) following once back in stock — just contact us to arrange this.

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
  • A 5% administrative fee applies to cover payment processing, refund handling and admin costs.
  • Once confirmed, your pre-order is added to the production schedule.

Custom & Specialist Sizes

Some specialist protectors are made in scheduled batches, so they can take longer than standard sizes. If you need a size that isn't listed on our website, use our Customisation Service to request it.
