Pre-Order Policy (2025 Edition)

All Things Vinyl – UK Manufacturing Update

1. Placing a Pre-Order
   Pre-orders allow you to reserve protectors ahead of completion and secure your place in our production schedule. Full payment is taken at the time of ordering to confirm your position in the relevant batch.

2. Combined Orders
   If your order includes multiple items with different release dates or production batches, we will dispatch once all items are ready. Separate shipments can be arranged upon request — additional delivery charges may apply.

3. Production Scheduling & Quality Assurance
   All preorder dates are estimates. Because each protector is handmade in batches, timelines may vary slightly depending on production flow and material planning. If any product does not meet our quality standards during inspection, it will be remade before release to ensure precision and consistency.

4. Cancellations
   Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. A 5% administrative fee applies to cover processing and transaction costs.
   As all protectors are produced to order, material allocation begins as soon as a preorder is confirmed (raw materials are ordered and reserved for your batch). Cancellations made after production has begun may therefore also incur additional material costs.

5. Dispatch & Delivery
   As we complete the transition to full in-house production here in the UK, dispatch times may take longer than usual while we finalise and streamline our new systems. This ensures every protector is made and quality-checked to our standards before release.
   Once production has fully stabilised, preorders will typically dispatch within 1–7 working days after their batch has completed and passed quality checks. Following this transition period, future orders will dispatch within 48 hours, unless they are part of our custom-made service.

Production & Manufacturing
All ATV protectors are now made in-house at our UK warehouse, allowing us to maintain consistent quality, improve turnaround times, and expand our range. Each protector is hand-assembled and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

Bespoke & Specialised Sizes
ATV produces a wide range of specialised and bespoke protector sizes designed for unique and collector-specific items. These protectors are created in scheduled production runs to maximise material efficiency and maintain affordability. If you require a custom protector not listed on our website, please provide dimensions via our Customisation Service form. Custom protectors may have longer production times.
