When Will My Order Ship?
Made to order, finished by handOur protectors are made in the UK, machine-cut from UV resistant 0.50mm thick PET plastic and glued/finished by hand. As many protectors are made to order, dispatch is usually within 2–7 working days.
Need it for a specific date?Common sizes may dispatch sooner, usually within 24–48 hours, depending on current stock levels and our production schedule. If you need your protector for a specific date, Comic Con, signing, event, or gift, please order in advance to allow enough time for production and delivery. How will I know when it has shipped?Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking link. Your order status will normally move from Awaiting Fulfilment to Awaiting Shipment, and then to Shipped once it has left us. An email update will be sent to you at every stage, keeping you informed from production through to dispatch. International ordersLarge international orders can take around 2–10 working days to process before dispatch due to extra packaging requirements, courier labels being prepared manually, and VAT/customs processing for the destination country.
