Before placing an order please read the following information 


Custom/Tariff/ VAT- One Stop Shop (OSS) Policy:

VAT is charged based on the destination country's rate. VAT is included in the total price during checkout, and we handle remittance to tax authorities. This policy applies to all EU sales, regardless of order value.

For EU customers, please note the following:

  • The maximum threshold for each cart value is 150 euros. If your cart total exceeds this limit, you may be charged customs duties and tariffs.

  • However, if your cart value total is below the 150 euros threshold, NO customs duties or tariffs will be charged for EU customers. 

  • The 150 Euro Limit is excluding shipping fees - The limit of 150 euros is for the total product(s) value (which includes the VAT calculated for the designated country)

  • It's important to be aware of your country's regulations regarding customs duties and tariffs. If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding shipping, returns, or VAT obligations, please reach out to our customer support team - response time will be within 24 hours 

  • All orders will be shipped from the UK - with estimated delivery times of 7- 14 working days.

  • We operate a 30 day policy in which we ask you to please contact us to let us know that your order has or has not arrived. Please contact us before the 30 day window with any deliver-ability issues otherwise we cannot trace this item and are unable to offer you a refund or replacement
