EU & International Customers
EU Customs Duty (from 1 July 2026)From 1 July 2026, EU law requires a flat customs duty on low-value parcels sent from outside the EU. This was introduced by the Council of the European Union under Council Regulation (EU) 2026/382, adopted 11 February 2026 as part of the EU Customs Reform. It replaces the old €150 duty-free exemption with a fixed €3 duty per product category on parcels valued up to €150 — most orders (e.g. vinyl records) fall under a single category, so this is usually one flat charge per order. On checkout you'll see this as roughly €3–€3.10 — the small variation is simply the exchange rate on the day you order. It appears on your invoice as "Handling Fee" only because of how our checkout system labels fixed charges — it is not an extra fee we've invented. All Things Vinyl does not profit from this charge. It is the exact EU customs duty required by law, passed on to you at cost. VAT (IOSS) — separate from the customs duty above

Switzerland is not in the EU and isn't covered by IOSS — no EU VAT or EU customs duty applies. Swiss import VAT, clearance fees or courier charges may still apply on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. If a parcel is returned for unpaid fees, the customer covers any return/reshipping cost.
