EU & International Customers – Important Information


EU Customers

✔ Customs, Tariffs & VAT – One Stop Shop (OSS) Policy

  • As per the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, VAT is charged at the destination country’s rate and is included in the total price at checkout.
  • We handle VAT remittance directly to the relevant tax authorities.
  • This applies to all EU sales, regardless of order value.

✔ 150 Euro Cart Value Threshold

  • Orders below 150 euros (excluding shipping fees) will not be subject to customs duties or tariffs.
  • Orders above 150 euros may be subject to additional customs duties and tariffs, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Important Notes:

  • The 150-euro threshold applies to the total product value, including VAT, but excludes shipping fees.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s customs and import regulations.

✔ Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected method, order weight, and size of protectors.

✔ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days.
  • During holiday periods or peak launches (e.g. pre-orders), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from the UK with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 working days.
  • We operate a 30-day policy for lost or delayed deliveries. If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch.
  • If we are not informed within this timeframe, we cannot trace the parcel and will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Switzerland Customers

Switzerland is NOT part of the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) VAT scheme.

  • No VAT is charged at checkout for orders shipped to Switzerland.
  • However, customers in Switzerland will be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which must be paid upon delivery.
  • These charges are set by Swiss customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

✔ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days.
  • During holiday periods or peak launches (e.g. pre-orders), processing may take slightly longer.

Important:

  • We will not refund carrier charges for parcels that are returned due to unpaid customs and tariff fees.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid fees, the customer will need to cover any return shipping costs before a reshipment can be arranged.

USA Customers

✔ Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer reliable international shipping to the USA via Evri (UK), with final delivery typically handled by USPS or a local U.S. courier.
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing, local courier delays, or seasonal peaks.

✔ Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected method, order weight, and size of protectors.

✔ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days.
  • During holiday periods or peak launches (e.g. pre-orders), processing may take slightly longer.

✔ Import Duties, VAT & Local Taxes

  • No UK VAT is charged on U.S. orders — all exports to the USA are zero-rated for VAT under UK law.
  • U.S. Customs may charge duties or taxes on arrival, depending on the order value and product type.
  • Orders under $800 USD typically do not incur import duties under U.S. de minimis rules.
  • If your order value exceeds $800 USD, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

⚠ Customs, Handling Fees & Admin Charges

  • We provide all required documentation for smooth customs clearance.
  • Orders are usually delivered by USPS, which does not charge admin or brokerage fees on low-value shipments.
  • If routed through DHL, FedEx, or UPS, a handling or admin fee may be charged — even if no duty is due.
  • These charges are determined by the courier and are not included in our shipping fee.

✔ Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active.
