✅ RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet our return conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • ✅ Full refund on unused, unopened items returned within 30 days.
  • ✅ Return shipping costs will be paid by ATV only if the return is due to our error (incorrect item received or defective item).

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • ❌ Protectors that are snapped, dented, or damaged during assembly.
  • ❌ Protectors where the protective film or cellophane has been removed.
  • ❌ Size variations of 1–2 cm due to brand manufacturing tolerances (protectors are often made slightly larger to ensure proper fit and protection).
  • ❌ Returns due to “does not fit” caused by differences in Funko Pop box sizes.

Important Note Regarding Funko Pop Protectors

We recommend our protectors for collectibles, but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every Funko Pop box.

Funko produces many size variations depending on the production batch, region, and edition. Dimensions listed on our product pages are a guide only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the listed dimensions against their own Funko Pop box before ordering.

We will not accept returns or provide return shipping labels for protectors that do not fit due to size differences.

If you are unsure whether a protector will fit your specific Pop, please contact us before placing your order with the exact measurements of your box. We will do our best to advise you.

Important: We do not cover damage to Funko Pops caused by forcing a Pop into a protector. If it does not fit easily, stop and contact us for assistance.

Proof Required for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To process a replacement or refund, please provide clear photos of the following:

  • Invoice
  • Outer packaging
  • Barcodes
  • The defect (if applicable)
  • The branded logo on the bottom of the protector

Replacements are issued for the same item originally purchased only.

Minor blemishes or scuffs from manufacturing that do not affect visibility or durability are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Parcel Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

If courier tracking shows your parcel as delivered (with GPS or photo confirmation), but you did not receive it:

  • We will request a signed Declaration of Non-Receipt.
  • If you do not have a printer, we can send the form to you with a prepaid return envelope.
  • Once received, we will initiate a courier investigation.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the signed declaration is returned.

Courier investigations typically take 2–4 working days.

Refund Processing Time

  • Return transit: 5–10 business days
  • Internal processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing: 3–5 business days

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and product details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.


SHIPPING POLICY

United Kingdom / Domestic / Northern Ireland

We operate a 30-day delivery window. If your order has not arrived, you must contact us within 30 days of dispatch. After 30 days, the order cannot be traced, refunded, or replaced.

  • ✅ Small or letter-size orders: Royal Mail (Tracked)
  • ✅ Larger parcels: Evri (Tracked)

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. Larger orders may take 2–3 working days to prepare due to packaging requirements.

⚠ Mainland vs Non-Mainland / Island Surcharges

Standard rates apply to mainland destinations only. Couriers classify certain locations as non-mainland or island, which may incur surcharges, including (but not limited to):

  • Canary Islands and Balearic Islands (Spain) – Mallorca, Ibiza, Tenerife, Gran Canaria
  • Madeira and Azores (Portugal)
  • Greek Islands
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Certain Northern Ireland postcodes (for large parcels)

If a non-mainland/island address is selected under a “mainland” shipping option, we will contact you to:

  • Pay the applicable surcharge, or
  • Cancel and refund the order

Dispatch will pause until correct postage is paid.


EU CUSTOMERS (OSS VAT System)

  • ✅ VAT is charged based on your destination country.
  • ✅ VAT is included at checkout.
  • ✅ We remit VAT through OSS.

EU Customs Duty Threshold

  • Orders under 150 euros: no customs duties
  • Orders over 150 euros: duties or tariffs may apply

The threshold applies to the total cart value. Please contact us within 30 days of dispatch if your order has not arrived.


INTERNATIONAL (Outside UK and Outside EU)

  • ✅ We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • ❌ We do not ship to countries under UN sanctions.
  • ⚠ Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping time varies by country and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We operate a 30-day delivery window for tracking and resolution.


Delivery to PO Boxes

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses in the UK or internationally.

We can deliver to residential and business addresses only (ensure someone is available to receive the parcel).
