Returns Policy

Returns, Refunds & Protector Fit

Returns on Protectors

We accept returns on protectors within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition as received.

  • The protective film/cellophane must not be removed.
  • The protector must not be assembled, used, bent, snapped, dented, marked, scratched or damaged.
  • The item must be securely packaged for return.

Return Postage

We do not provide free return labels for unwanted items, change-of-mind returns, incorrect sizes ordered, customer measurement errors or “does not fit” returns. ATV will only cover return postage if the wrong item has been sent or the item is confirmed by us to be faulty.

If the protective film has been removed, or the protector has been assembled, used or damaged, we cannot accept the return.

Sizing & Fit

Protector dimensions are a guide only. Funko Pop box sizes can vary by production batch, region, edition and box style. Please check the listed protector dimensions against your own boxed collectible before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To process a replacement or refund, we may ask for clear photos of the invoice, outer packaging, barcodes, defect and the ATV branded logo on the protector.

  • Replacements are issued for the same item originally purchased only.
  • Minor blemishes or scuffs from manufacturing that do not affect visibility or durability are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Please do not force a collectible into a protector. ATV does not cover damage caused by forcing items into an incorrect size.

Parcel Marked as Delivered But Not Received

  • If tracking shows delivered with GPS or photo confirmation, we may request a signed Declaration of Non-Receipt.
  • If you do not have a printer, we can send the form to you with a prepaid return envelope.
  • Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the signed declaration is returned.
  • Courier investigations usually take around 2–4 working days.

Refund Processing Time

  • Return transit: usually 5–10 business days.
  • Internal processing: usually 3–5 business days.
  • Bank processing: usually 3–5 business days.
